Ingredients:
16 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 cup canned pumpkin
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
dash ground cloves
dash nutmeg
1 ready-to-use graham cracker crust (9 inch) or feel free to make your own, Martha. I'm all about ease, but that's just me.
Directions:
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla with mixer on medium speed until well blended. Add eggs; mix until blended.
2. Reserve one cup of batter; pour remaining plain batter into crust. Stir pumpkin and spices into reserved cup of batter; pour into crust.
3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 35-40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.
Look out Martha Stewart!
