Guru Kin...What the heck is a pap smear? And why would I want one?
A pap smear is a procedure in which a specimen of cells is taken from the uterine cervix or anus, prepared on a slide, and examined under a microscope for abnormal cell growth (dysplasia). You'd want one if you if you're worried about getting cervical cancer. Since I don't have to worry about it, I'mnot getting one.

So how does this miracle work?
The method of inserting and positioning the implants will depend on one's anatomy. The incision can be made either in the crease where the breast meets the chest, around the areola (the dark skin surrounding the nipple), or in the armpit.
Working through the incision, the surgeon will lift the breast tissue and skin to create a pocket, either directly behind the breast tissue or underneath the chest wall muscle (the pectoral muscle). The implants are then centered beneath the nipples.
Sometimes the implants are a bit overdone...
So be careful babe...but whatever you decide we're right behind you.
I've asked a lot of women friends about their breast size - serious questions - and I was surprised at how many wanted them to be bigger. Not necessarily to get the implants, but just wishful thinking. Personally, I think the implants are phony looking and unattractive. Keep 'em real ladies! They're beautiful exactly as they are.

Some are better done then others and don't look fake. If they're small and under the muscle they probably look much better. As far as tactile difference I wouldn't know.
