Hitting the Links

I've never understood the love affair before. The Simpsons just never grabbed me like they seemed to grab half the guys I dated. But I've never been one to plan my life around TV, except maybe the World Series when the Cubs are in it or the Super Bowl when the Bears go. And we all know how often that happens.

If you're a dog person, might I interest you in helping one out monetarily? Or maybe you're a cat person...there's a little kitty with big veterinary bills.

Somehow I missed this story...it's kinda freaky. Just go see for yourself.

And finally, Paul has shut down his blog. It's a sad loss to our party and his particular brand of humor is sorely missed.

Ahhhh! Jen! Next time, put a NSFRP (Not Safe For Rat People) warning on a post like that!

No wonder they want to lower the salaries of Delta's pilots. I wonder how much a dish of rat brains costs? I bet they don't threaten strikes when the contract runs out either...

Thanks for the plug, Jen. :-)

There's no reason to allow anything on the boob tube to distract you from living. Certainly not in the age of Tivo.

I like shows but I realize that nothing ever disappears, it just goes into syndication. I do love the Simpsons though.

At least there was an ad for a cool new dog toy site on Michele's page over there.

The attraction of the Simpsons? It's quotable in SO many real-life situations.
