June Lyrical Pursuit Tie-Breaker

We have a tie between Pete and Shank, and only those two should try to guess this one. Pete tried to bow out and let Shank have it, but I'm not having that.

UPDATE: Pete got it! "Bette Davis Eyes" by Kim Carnes. (I also would have accepted Jackie deShannon as the artist.)
