Lyrical Pursuit 11/25

I'm sure you guys still know The Rules.

I'm going to Africa
Yes, Ma'am
I'm a brick
Was President Lincoln ok?
Mitten
There's a dog in the vent
Chicken necks?
I pick Ken Griffey Junior
I fell out two times

If you cheat, everyone will hate you. Seriously.

UPDATE: Yeah, I thought this one would be a little harder. It's clue time!
CLUE #1: The band is named for a segment from the PBS children's show 3-2-1 Contact.

CLUE #2: The band comes from Pennsylvania and a couple of them are Philadelphia Flyers fans, which means they're rude, crude, obnoxious, and socially unacceptable...as are a lot of their songs. Unlike Flyers fans, however, the songs are frequently funny in a junior-high school boy kind of way.

CLUE #3: Have you noticed the lyrics sound like a bunch of random sayings? That's because all but one line of this song is made up of random sayings from a character in The Simpsons, and the one line that isn't from this character is from his father.

CLUE #4: Looks like Ralph Wiggum's father will need a Bloodhound Gang to get this answer.
