Blogging After Last Call...aka Drunken Blogging
Talked to WindRider a couple times this weekend. Pleasant voice, personable, and likes to talk about Bill.
Regarding the Staten Island Ferry thing (follow the link above to see what that is)...he supposedly had time to kill, was relatively close to the SI ferry, and it takes you right past the Statue of Liberty. Plus it's free! But taking a boat trip at a scenic time of day past a symbol of America's freedom was deemed "too touristy." What. Ever. (Then I got blown off once Michele called, but who can blame him?)
Almost talked to Bill, but of course he didn't answer the phone. So I left him a message and he said my voice is sexy. My review of his? Fast and ultra-professional. I'm withholding any more impressions until I hear his real, non-work voice.
Spent the afternoon on the boat and just got back from other-than-the-boat activities. Decided to end it with a friend of mine. Going to take wagers on whether said individual notices.
There is a move in my future. Details will be released as prudent. (Flashback to Dana Carvey as George Bush, "Wouldn't be prudent at this juncture.")
What ever happened to Dan Quayle? He was fun.

Not that I have an inordinate nightmare vision of the Ferry Captain going off his meds at the wrong point and crashing into the dock, etc, etc.
Bill'assessment is right, definite high level of 'sexy component' to the voice on the phone, Jen.
