(For those of you who missed it or who are new here, this is what Jay is talking about. PB="potential boyfriend.")

It's a little hard to dish on the PB since he reads this site and I might get in trouble, but I'll give you a summary, Jay...

We have sent little gifts and we talk on the phone almost every day and generally get along very well. Like anyone, we have our grumpy moments (read: Jen has her grumpy moments), and I think there is a little lot of frustration on his part that we haven't met yet. Any relationship where you trust someone else with your heart is a leap of faith, and online or long-distance that is especially true. You need a little extra faith for those.

Why haven't we met? Well, unfortunately I didn't pick someone who lives in a nearby place like Kansas City. He lives far enough away that driving to meet for a weekend isn't feasible. Flying would be, but my budget is really tight at the moment. To be honest, I'm not sure a weekend would be long enough for him to get over his nervousness when that happens. He's cute like that. :-) So I would prefer to have a longer amount of time together. Any thoughts on that are welcome.

So things have progressed since my last post, but now the next step is definitely the face-to-face meeting. Right now we're planning to meet in February or March, which to me doesn't seem such a long time...am I wrong?
